Provision Purchasing & Boarding Officer

(1) Vessel Boarding Duties

- Assisting with the loading of provisions and supplies from small boats to client vessels.

- Accompany the boarding process to large ships when needed (on-water vessel boarding is required).

(2) Customer Order Handling

- Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing via ERP system.

- Prepare provision estimates and issue purchase orders.

(3) Communication and Coordination

- Liaise with ship masters, vessel principals, and charterers to fulfill operational requirements.

- Handle communications that arise during order and delivery processes.

- 5-day work week, but must be available for after-hours vessel boarding duties (additional boarding allowance provided).

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Able to work independently under pressure and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Korean is required for communication with Korean clients.

- Male candidates preferred due to job nature (boarding duties on vessels).

Working Hours & Compensation

- Working hours: 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM (Mon-Fri) + Half-day duty on alternating weekends

- Probation Salary: SGD $3,000 (2 Months)

- Confirmed Salary: SGD $3,600

- Boarding Allowance:
: SGD $30 per vessel
: Additional SGD $13/hour (up to 3 hours) for non-office hour boarding
: Average 10-15 vessels per month
