1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use sg.hire.moi ("the Service"). The operator is identified in the Legal Notice. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. What sg.hire.moi does

sg.hire.moi helps people find jobs in Singapore. We collect adverts that employers and recruitment platforms publish on their own websites, organise them, and link to the original advert. Using sg.hire.moi is free.

3. We are not an employment agency

sg.hire.moi is not the employer and is not an employment agency. We do not find work for anyone, put candidates forward, collect CVs or applications, or charge job seekers. We are not involved in hiring decisions or employment contracts. Applications are made on the employer's or recruitment platform's website, under its own terms and privacy policy.

4. Who owns the adverts

Job adverts, company names, logos and trade marks shown on sg.hire.moi belong to the employers, recruiters or other rights holders who published them. We do not claim ownership of them.

5. Accuracy of adverts

Adverts come from external sources, so we cannot guarantee that an advert is complete, accurate or still open. Employers can change or close a role without notice. Pay is shown as the advert states it, in the currency and pay period the employer gave (usually Singapore dollars a month); we do not convert it. Always check the details on the employer's own website before you apply or rely on them.

Adverts are the employer's own words. If an advert appears to discriminate on grounds such as age, nationality, sex, marital status, race, religion, language or disability, tell us and we will review it and remove it if it does.

6. Using the Service

You may use sg.hire.moi to find jobs and employers for your own personal or internal business purposes. You must not:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive
• try to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
• copy, republish or redistribute adverts from sg.hire.moi in bulk
• use automated tools to access sg.hire.moi in a way that harms its performance or availability
• interfere with the operation or security of the Service

7. Our content

We own the Service itself: its software, design, database, original text and branding. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our permission. This does not cover the adverts, logos and marks that come from third parties.

8. Corrections and removal

If you are a rights holder, or you are named in an advert, and believe something on sg.hire.moi should be corrected or removed, email hello@hire.moi with the page address and what needs to change. We will review your request and act promptly.

9. Our liability

We provide the Service free of charge and with reasonable care, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any advert is accurate or available.

We are not responsible for employers' or recruitment platforms' websites, adverts or hiring decisions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any business losses, such as loss of profit or opportunity, or for losses that were not foreseeable when you used the Service.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not take away any protection you have under the law of Singapore that cannot be excluded by agreement.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the Service changes. The updated terms apply from the date shown at the top of this page.
