Senior/ Executive/ Engineer, Street Design & Infrastructure Technology (SIT)

• Knowledge in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent

Job Title: [LTA-IDE] Senior/ Executive/ Engineer, Street Design & Infrastructure Technology (SIT)

You will be part of a team to lead and support the planning and design development of commuter and road infrastructure projects to enhance the travel experience of commuters, motorists, cyclists and active mobility users. You will have the opportunity to conduct feasibility studies and utilise design thinking to conceptualise and design user-centric road schemes. You will also prepare tender specifications, lead consultancy and contract management, and provide technical support in the project implementation stage. There will also be opportunities for you to drive the exploration, evaluation and prototyping of emerging technology suitable for infrastructure development, as well as develop and review engineering standards and design guidelines.

In addition, to achieve our vision of a car-lite nation, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with agencies and stakeholders to redefine our user's travel experience through the development of Transit Priority Corridors and road re-purposing projects. You will be part of the team participating in road and streetscape design aimed at creating pedestrian friendly streets.

• Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
• S-Pass or EP sponsorship available
• 2-year or 3-year contract; extension possible based on good performance
• Annual leave: 18 days

• Travel allowance of SGD 120 per month on public transport
