Warehouse Assistant

• Inventory Control: Receiving, checking, inspecting, and storing incoming stock, as well as conducting cycle counts.
• Dispatch & Receiving: Preparing items for dispatch, and coordinating with various teams from different DCs.
• Operations & Safety: Operating forklifts or heavy machinery (if licensed), maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, and complying with health and safety protocols.
• System Usage: Updating inventory records in real-time using scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS).

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy packages (often up to 20kg).
• Min secondary school (O levels) or previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, proficiency with inventory software (e.g., Excel/PDA scanners), and good communication skills.
• A forklift license/license to operate heavy machinery (Forklift & Reach truck - will be train accordingly) is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, weekends, or overtime.
