Assistant Restaurant Manager (cloned)

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, service standards, and regulatory requirements
• Operationally hands-on during service periods to support daily operations
• Supervise and guide crew members during shifts, ensuring efficient service, proper food handling, and adherence to quality standards
• Assist in manpower deployment and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak and non-peak periods
• Monitor daily sales, labour, and food costs, and support in implementing actions to meet operational and financial targets
• Ensure excellent customer experience by addressing feedback and resolving service issues promptly and professionally
• Support inventory management, including stock ordering, stock counts, and minimising wastage
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times
• Train and coach team members to build capability, maintain performance standards, and foster a positive team culture

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or related field preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in F&B / QSR operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Hands-on operational experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team supervision and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of cost control and outlet performance metrics
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
