The role
What you'll do
- Frontline customer service, including registration of patients, handling phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
- Dispensing of medications, handling of specimens, and liaising with laboratories.
- Support Doctor in clinic procedures as and when required.
- Admin duties include payment collections and accurate and prompt claims submission to government agencies and corporate partners.
- Assist in managing inventory and stocktaking.
- Maintenance of clinic cleanliness and appearance.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline / GCE A or O Level / Higher Nitec in Service Skills.
- A certificate in Healthcare Support is Preferred.
- Prior relevant working experience in Healthcare or Medical Industry will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Proficient in both English & Mandarin Speaking.
- A team player with good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Good customer service mindset.
- Able to commit weekdays & Sat/Sun.
