Accounts Executive in Singapore

We are looking for someone dynamic person to take on accounting role in our fast growing organization. The incumbent should be meticulous, detailed and be able to thrive in a fast paced environment. The incumbent who is passionate with numbers and work as a team player to meet reporting deadlines.

Key Duties

Accounts Payable

• Perform day-to-day processing and accounting of all accounts payable transactions
• Ensure that all invoices are accurately posted into the accounting system and are supported by the required documents and approvals
• Disburse petty cash by recording entry and verifying documentation in accordance with the Company Policy
• Ensure payments are processed and posted into the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare monthly AP Reconciliation
• Ensure timely and accurate AP month-end closing
• Ensure compliance, accuracy and consistency of works done

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with SAP will be advantageous
• Pro-active with positive and resilient mindset
• Meticulous, independent and able to meet tight deadlines
