The role
What you'll do
- To monitor MRP list and procurement releases new MO drawings and plan raw materials for MO creation update completion status.
- To monitor to purchase Insufficient material stock new raw materials
- Follow up engineer on missing dimension drawing update
- Assist Machining Executive on production progress tracking, developing reports, information gathering, and documentation creation.
- Works closely with MO Executive to operate material transit for ERP system procedure.
- Works closely with Purchasing to support to provide quotation for pre-sale project
- To work overtime when required to support schedule progress.
Qualifications
- Computer basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Preferred academic qualification higher than O level.
