Job Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) or related industries.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage stakeholders at various levels.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- Good understanding of operational best practices, quality management systems, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor performance and operational effectiveness.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively within a multicultural environment.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
