The role
- Lead and manage a team to perform systems preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for a fleet of systems in workshop and ensure it is performed on schedule
- Responsible to ensure contractual monthly performances of systems and customer's training needs are met
- Required to prepare monthly schedule, monthly report, indentation of spares and coordination of works with customers and internal stakeholders
- Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in work processes and ensure 5S are performed in the work area
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering field, prefer Mechatronics/ Mechanical Engineering
- Able to interpret schematics, technical manual and drawings for maintenance works
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use analytical skills and a "hands-on" person
- Good interpersonal skills, proactive and able to work well with others
- Knowledge in SAP and military armament systems will be preferred
- Highly motivated individual who can work independently and lead a team
- Possess class 3 driving license
