Be part of history in the making. AstraZeneca is building its first biologics manufacturing campus in Singapore - a groundbreaking USD 1.5 billion investment that will serve as a global hub for innovation and excellence.
This innovative facility will deliver end-to-end Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) capabilities with different manufacturing units/buildings in one campus:
The campus will be equipped with innovative digital and automation infrastructure, enabling autonomous manufacturing powered by artificial intelligence. In addition, it will be designed for carbon neutrality, embedding sustainability into every aspect of operations and setting a new benchmark for environmentally responsible biologic's manufacturing.
In Manufacturing Science and Technology Team, we are looking for passionate individuals with relevant experience who thrive in dynamic environments and bring a "make-it-happen" attitude. Joining us means contributing to a project that will not only transform AstraZeneca's global supply chain but also advance life-changing medicines for patients everywhere.
If you're ready to shape the future of biologics and be part of a once-in-a-generation project, we want you on our team.
Introduction to role:
Are you ready to apply scientific rigor and data-driven insight to strengthen manufacturing processes that deliver life-changing medicines to patients faster? Do you thrive at the intersection of technology transfer, validation, and real-time process monitoring, turning complex data into clear action?
As an MSAT Specialist, you will reinforce process robustness across biologics, API, and fill-finish operations, directly shaping consistent product quality and reliable supply. You will drive process validation, control strategy implementation, and continued process verification, using evidence-based decisions to keep our facilities inspection-ready and our product supply on time.
Working within a collaborative technology transfer team, you will partner closely with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and global technical experts. You will help translate new and complex modalities into scalable, compliant manufacturing, using Lean methods and digital tools to accelerate how we deliver therapies with speed and confidence.
When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines. In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions. That's why we work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office. But that doesn't mean we're not flexible. We balance the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual flexibility. Join us in our unique and ambitious world.
Here, you will join a science-led, patient-focused company that pairs Lean ways of working with cutting-edge digital technologies to turn complex pipelines into reliable supply. We bring diverse experts together to solve real manufacturing challenges, invest in modern facilities and skills, and encourage people to take ownership while valuing kindness alongside ambition. You will have the freedom to lead, the support to grow, and the opportunity to see your technical decisions translate into safe, effective medicines reaching patients sooner.
Step into this role to shape robust, compliant manufacturing and accelerate therapies to patients-take your next career leap with us today!
