About the Team

We are building a performance marketing organization where every dollar of spend is justified by evidence, not intuition. As an Analyst, you will support our Metasearch channel across APAC markets and help decide where we put our growth budget.

Job Summary

Metasearch is different from other performance channels. We sell inventory, not ads. Results depend on pricing, inventory and the full funnel, so you will work closely with business units, not only with marketers.

You will turn data into decisions: tracking performance, running tests to measure incremental impact, and giving the team clear recommendations. You will own specific problems and see them through, not only report numbers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own your analysis. Take ownership of defined problems in the Metasearch portfolio, such as bid efficiency, market performance and funnel drop-off. Follow them through to a recommendation and the result.
  • Support experimentation. Help design, run and read tests (A/B, geo holdouts, audience splits, lift studies). Check that results are sound before they inform a decision.
  • Connect the funnel. Track performance from traffic through to bookings and margin. Flag where pricing, inventory or availability is limiting results.
  • Partner with the business. Work with commercial, supply and pricing teams to understand constraints and bring those insights into channel decisions.
  • Be data-fluent. Frame the right questions, use SQL or AI-assisted queries to get answers, and validate the output yourself.
  • Build the reporting rhythm. Maintain dashboards and regular reporting. Identify manual work that should be automated and work with analytics and engineering to fix it.
  • Communicate clearly. Turn analysis into short narratives that managers and non-marketers can act on.

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in an analytically demanding role. Relevant backgrounds include business analysis, growth, performance marketing (in-house preferred), product, revenue management and pricing.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (STEM preferred), or strong demonstrated quantitative ability in another discipline.
  • Working knowledge of analytical techniques such as regression, incrementality testing, split testing and holdouts, and the ability to apply them to real business problems.
  • Evidence of owning a business problem over time, not only producing analysis on request.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end funnel and how channel activity ties to business output.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including presenting findings to senior stakeholders.

Strong Plus

  • Exposure to Metasearch (Skyscanner, Kayak, Trivago, Google Hotel Ads) or other paid channels.
  • Experience working with pricing, inventory or supply teams.
  • Familiarity with incrementality measurement or causal inference.
  • Background in travel, hospitality, e-commerce, marketplace or another high-volume transactional business.
  • Hands-on SQL, BI tool fluency (Tableau, Looker, Data Studio) or scripting (Python, R).
  • Multi-market or APAC regional experience.
