Role Opportunity: NCG Agent - Ops Support (South Asia Hub)

Reporting to NCG Supervisor - Ops Support, the incumbent would be in charge of executing flight movement alerts, transmission of shipment information and preparation of flight documentations. Incumbent would also be in charge of rectifying and follow up with network on non-conforming shipments.

• Communicate with service provider to get information on flight details.
• Obtain customer exception request & airline MAWB information.
• Exception handling, example: Damage handling, FSC management, DPA etc
• DG (Dangerous Goods) management, example: DG acceptance, incident reporting, NOTOC preparation.
• Cutting of flight MAWB.
• Maintaining of pre-printed HUID labels with profile.
• Provide CIA imaging on specific request.
• Printing of shipment manifest for shipment lodgment.
• Provide movement alerts.
• Support in general operations paperwork and administration requirement.

• Ensure that physical movement of Dangerous Goods and Medical Express/WMX cargo meets customers and internal requirements and is completed in an efficient and safe manner.
