Our modern-day collection continues to inspire 19 countries across Asia Pacific, the Middle East and the United States of America.

  • "Must-Have" Seasonal Style: Define the "Must-Have" seasonal styles with clear Target Order Volumes and Sales Contribution benchmarks, ensuring these "hero" products drive the majority of the category's turnover.
  • Core Evolution: Use performance data to identify high-contribution styles to be reinvented into "Core Repeat" status for long-term momentum.

Pricing Strategy Framework

  • Market-Based Pricing: Establish global pricing hierarchies based on market demand and competitor benchmarking while maintaining strict Target Margin Benchmarks.

Lifecycle Management

  • End-to-End Ownership: Direct the full lifespan of every SKU, from initial creative concept and material selection to seasonal markdowns and final exit strategies.
  • Global Inventory Re-balancing: Drive Exit Inventory Productivity by orchestrating the global movement of stocks, re-routing slow-moving inventory from underperforming regions to high-demand markets to maximize full-price sell-through globally.

Responsive Supply Chain & Agile Inventory Model

Demand-Led Replenishment: Manage the flow of inventory across the global network based on real-time performance data, ensuring stock fluidity and optimal global stock turn.

Strategic Inventory Buffering (Push): Oversee a high-responsiveness inventory model based on strategic forecasts, ensuring the brand is positioned to bypass traditional production lead times.

Demand-Driven Replenishment (Pull): Architect a robust Pull-based replenishment system where global stock movement is triggered by real-time sales demand, ensuring inventory is only deployed to markets with proven velocity to maximize ROS per SKU.
