Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging learning experiences aligned with the preschool curriculum.
- Support children's holistic development, learning, and well-being.
- Observe and document children's progress.
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Build strong partnerships with parents and families.
- Work closely with colleagues to support centre programmes and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ECDA regulations and centre policies.
Requirements
- ECDA-certified L2 Preschool Educator.
- ECDA-recognised Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching) or equivalent.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a positive and nurturing attitude.
- Relevant preschool experience is an advantage.
