Data Analyst

• Diploma/Bachelor in Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Analytic background with proficiency in spreadsheet; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to move from raw data to actionable insight, and to present findings clearly and confidently to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, Tableau, etc.).
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a distinct advantage.
• Candidates with an engineering background are a distinct advantage.

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can turn raw data into clear, actionable insights - and present them confidently to business stakeholders. This role is not just about pulling reports; it is about analyzing information deeply, identifying trends and patterns, and translating findings into recommendations that support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, transform, and interpret data; analyze results using statistical techniques.
• Develop, maintain, and improve data collection systems, databases, and reporting structures to support analysis - including setting up new data sets, updating static data, and ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain databases and data systems to ensure data remains accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Present findings and translate data into clear, understandable documents and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Assist with data mining and data visualization.
• Identify trends, analyze, and interpret patterns and anomalies in data.
• Deliver deep insights using appropriate analytics methodologies and techniques, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Communicate with colleagues and stakeholders to gather data requirements and understand business needs.
