Senior Shipping Executive

Job Description:

• Handle the full spectrum related documents to all the relevant party and handle shipping documents of import, export, cross-trade and trans-shipment (BL, Pre-alert, Permit, etc;)
• Verifying of vendors / carriers / co-loaders invoice
• Preparing/Issuance of customers invoices and/or co-loaders/ agents debit/ credit notes / SOA / Update movement report
• Closed shipment
• Backup support for colleagues that needs assistance or on leave/medical leave
• Participate ad-hoc and Project tasked assign by the management

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level and above
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in logistics industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proactive and diligent
