Job Responsibilities

• Manage export and cross-strait shipments via SAP system which include bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Ensure accurate billing invoices from all suppliers, timely sending invoices to the finance section, and timely verification of all shipping documents.
• Any adhoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

• A minimum Diploma in Business Administration or higher with 1 year of relevant job experience.
• Competent in written English and with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
