About the Team

TikTok Shop's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. Responsibilities:

- Assist in configuring labels for content labelling in governance strategies.

- Support drafting of governance strategies and documentation.

- Help with communication with cross-functional teams (e.g. organise meetings) to ensure alignment.

- Help analyze content metrics to improve governance processes.

- Provide support in translating reports and other documents as needed.
