• Education: High School Diploma / GCE 'A' Level / O-Level or higher.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (both spoken and written).
• Physical Demands: Able to handle on-site shipyard operations and physical coordination on vessels.
• Skills: Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Prior experience in the maritime, shipping, or shipyard industry is highly preferred.

• Shipyard Documentation: Prepare and submit Shipyard DDO (Declaration / Delivery Order) applications.
• Quotation Support: Assist in preparing and managing quotation-related documentation.
• Client & Yard Liaison: Conduct face-to-face meetings with shipyard representatives and shipping line officers.
• Delivery Coordination: Coordinate logistics and guide drivers for collection and return activities.

• Competitive Salary Package
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Overtime pay will be provided for work on weekends or after 7:00 PM
• Work Injury Compensation insurance provided
• Annual leave: 12 days

• Annual medical allowance: SGD 300, any unclaimed balance paid out in cash at the end of year
• Mobile phone allowance: SGD 100 per month
• Contract renewal every 2 years based on performance and due to project-based nature of work
