Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy with at least 2 years of financial and cost accounting experience.
- Person of integrity, upholds professionalism, exercises prudence, engages in teamwork and possesses a positive attitude.
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Able to multi-task and has an eye for detail. Meticulous, organized with good interpersonal, customer relationship and communication skills.
The role
- Working closely with Senior Executive, Finance (Accounts Receivable) in all aspects of Accounts Receivables.
- Liaising with all departments for invoicing matters relating to HNF services.
- Extracting of revenue reports for the invoicing of HNF services.
- Dissemination of the invoices to clients/next of kins ("NOKs").
- Responsible for tracking, monitoring, contacting clients/NOKs for collection of outstanding receivables.
- In charge of daily reconciliation of collections to outstanding receivables and bank statements, banking matters and data entries of receipts.
- Assist Senior Executive, Finance (Accounts Receivable) in timely month-end/year-end closing.
- Implement process improvements to enhance greater efficiency of Accounts Receivable processes.
- Undertake any other duties by the said reporting officer.
