Warehouse Assistant

• Perform 100% visual inspection on stock item, quantity and signs of damage
• Resolve any damage, shortage and excess with pickers.
• Ensure goods are labelled, wrap neatly and properly.
• Executing day-to-day inbound (Receiving, Put-Away, RSTO)ly
• Executing day-to-day outbound operations (Picking, Packing, QC and Despatch)
• Executing cycle counting, mid-term stock-take and yearly stock-take
• Investigate and reply to client for any claims
• Any other adhoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Basic proficiency in spoken and written English to perform job duties effectively
• Valid forklift license
• Prior experience in warehouse operations is an advantage
• Demonstrates a service-oriented mindset and ability to work well in a team
• Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
