Service Crew

• Preparation of food (e.g. bread, fried dough items, dim sum, desserts, fruits, snacks) and drinks (e.g. coffee, tea, soy milk)
• Ensure the food quality standard meets expectations consistently
• Prepare sufficiently before peak periods such as right stock levels for food and beverages
• Deliver high standards of Customer Service during order taking, cashiering, food presenting etc
• Serve customers with a smile
• Good personal hygiene and grooming
• Maintain a sanitary and clean work station and adhere strictly to food safety & hygiene practices

Subjected to restaurant

• Welcome the guests at the entrance and lead them to their table
• Ability to create and articulate the menu to the guests
• Process the food orders and operate a cash register; replenish stocks, polish cutlery and complete other assigned tasks
• Assist with table setup, and promptly clear used dishes to facilitate smooth service.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Maintain a positive and teamwork-oriented attitude while working with colleagues.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety, cleanliness, and service standards.

Requirements

• Able to stand at least 8 hours
• Able to carry at least 10KG load
