About the Role

Preferred job locations: Singapore, Malaysia, India, Vietnam, and Thailand

We're looking for an experienced AI & Analytics Product Manager to drive AI and Agentic AI initiatives across APAC. You'll work closely with business, IT and operational leaders to identify opportunities, shape practical AI solutions and lead initiatives from idea through to implementation.

As a key contact for AI initiatives, you'll help stakeholders understand what is possible with AI, assess business value and accelerate adoption across the region.

What You'll Do

• Own and prioritize APAC AI and Agentic AI initiatives in line with business priorities and transformation goals.

• Partner with business, operations and IT teams to identify use cases, assess value and translate challenges into practical AI solutions.

• Manage AI initiatives end-to-end, from scoping and prototyping through implementation, adoption and continuous improvement.

• Explore emerging AI technologies, including LLMs and Agentic AI, and build prototypes to validate ideas and demonstrate business value.

• Ensure solutions meet governance and security requirements while driving stakeholder engagement, sharing best practices and scaling successful solutions across APAC.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in product, project management or digital transformation, with significant experience in AI, analytics or related technologies.

• Strong understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, Agentic AI and enterprise AI tools, with the ability to identify the right technology for different business needs.

• Proven experience taking AI, analytics or digital initiatives from concept to implementation, with hands-on experience in prototyping or experimentation.

• Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions and confidently engage senior leaders, business teams and technology partners across multiple countries.

• Curious, pragmatic and comfortable with ambiguity, with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field. Logistics/supply chain experience and PMP, Agile or AI certifications are advantageous.
