The role
Role Summary
A hands-on delivery leadership role accountable for end-to-end execution of complex supply chain technology transformation initiatives across Supply Chain, Quality, Operations and IT. The role will lead high-impact projects or multi-workstream programs, converting strategic objectives into executable plans and personally driving scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, dependencies, cutover and stabilization. This is a delivery ownership role, not a PMO coordination position, with strong executive engagement and responsibility for maintaining momentum, transparency and decision quality.
Key Responsibilities
Program / Project Leadership & Execution
Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of supply chain transformation projects and multi-workstream programs; own integrated plans, milestones, critical path, scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks and issues.
Integrated Planning & Delivery Readiness
Manage cross-program dependencies, sequencing conflicts and resource bottlenecks; conduct design, build and cutover readiness checkpoints and drive delivery through stabilization
Stakeholder & Executive Management
Build trusted relationships across Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, Engineering, site leadership and IT; present delivery status, risks, decisions and trade-offs in governance, SteerCo and executive forums.
Vendor, Commercial & Delivery Control
Lead internal teams, systems integrators and external partners; manage contractual deliverables, scope control, change management, financial discipline and client expectations.
Governance, Tooling & Reporting
Apply scalable governance rhythms and disciplined use of Jira, Confluence and delivery dashboards; use data, automation and AI-enabled reporting to improve foresight and predictability.
Continuous Improvement & Leadership Continuity
Identify systemic delivery risks, champion lessons learned and continuous improvement, and act as escalation and continuity lead when required
Requirements
Extensive experience leading complex, large-scale supply chain and technology transformation programs from planning through cutover and stabilization.
Strong end-to-end project delivery capability across scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, issues, dependencies and resource planning.
Strong supply chain domain understanding and ability to operate across Quality, Operations, manufacturing and enterprise technology environments.
Proven ability to translate ambiguous strategic intent into integrated delivery plans with clear milestones, dependencies, outcomes and escalation paths.
Strong multi-vendor and systems-integrator management, including coordination of internal and external teams against committed timelines and quality expectations.
Exceptional senior stakeholder management, influencing and executive communication skills, including clear framing of options, risks and trade-offs.
Strong consulting and commercial discipline, including fixed-price or outcome-based delivery, scope control, change management, margin awareness and contractual commitments.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, delivery dashboards and Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models.
High resilience, emotional intelligence and adaptability across cultures, time zones and seniority levels.
Prior experience working on pharma/life science projects
Nice to have
Experience with portfolio-level planning, governance and cross-program dependency orchestration.
Exposure to cloud, enterprise applications and manufacturing systems transformation.
PMP, SAFe or equivalent project/program management certification.

Experience coaching delivery teams and contributing to enterprise-level delivery improvement
Education
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related discipline.
